Refund & Return Policy – Clinza

At Clinza, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


🔁 Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging are intact

  • Return request is raised within 3 days of delivery


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Used, washed, or damaged by customer

  • Products without original packaging


📦 Return Process

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Product images (proof)

  3. Our team will verify and approve the return

  4. Reverse pickup will be arranged (if serviceable area)


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection

  • Refund will be issued via:

    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

    • Bank transfer / store credit (for COD orders)

⏳ Refund processing time: 5–7 working days


🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • In case of wrong/damaged product → return shipping is free

  • In other cases → return shipping may be deducted


📦 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders are not eligible for refund due to size issues

  • Please check size chart before ordering

  • Refund only applicable for damaged or wrong product


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Clinza reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet policy conditions

  • Slight color variation may occur due to lighting (not eligible for return)

  • Customers must provide proper unboxing proof for damage claims
